Q. How long does shipping take to the US and the UK?
A. Every item is printed to order. Orders are produced and quality-checked within 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT) and delivered in 3–5 business days — a total of 5–10 business days for both US and UK orders, all shipped from the United States. Shipping is a flat $4.95 rate to all 50 US states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
A. Yes. We accept returns and direct exchanges within 30 days of delivery, for both defective or wrong items and change-of-mind or sizing reasons, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. For change-of-mind and sizing returns, we do not charge a return shipping fee — US and UK customers both receive a free prepaid label by email. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Q. Is checkout secure, and are taxes included?
A. Yes. Payments are processed securely through PayPal, and PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via Guest Checkout, so you can pay by card without a PayPal account. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Prices are in USD. For US orders, any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, is calculated at checkout. For UK orders, UK VAT is included, so there are no import VAT or customs fees to pay on delivery.
