The terms that apply when you browse or buy from sunniver.com, for customers in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from sunniver.com, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). sunniver.com is operated by Dravonix LLC (“Sunniver”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company located at 2123 Absaroka Trail, Bar Nunn, WY 82601, United States. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Orders can be shipped only to addresses in the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii) and the United Kingdom, subject to the exclusions described in our Shipping Policy.
Made-to-Order Products
All products are printed to order and produced upon order after checkout. We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and sizing accurately. Because of differences in screens and the printing process, actual colors and print placement may vary slightly from the images on the website. Size charts are provided on each product page; please review them before ordering.
Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product cannot be produced, if there is a pricing error, if payment cannot be verified, or if the shipping address is not supported. If we cancel an order, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept PayPal as our payment method. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover via Guest Checkout.
The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.
Prices for UK orders include UK VAT, which is collected at checkout. You will not be asked to pay import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees when your order is delivered.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing takes 2–5 business days and delivery takes 3–5 business days, for a total of 5–10 business days to both US and UK addresses. Shipping costs $4.95 flat rate per order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, for both defective and non-defective reasons. We do not charge a return shipping fee for change-of-mind and sizing returns. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on sunniver.com, including designs, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Dravonix LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any content from the website without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the website for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the website's security or operation.
- Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the website without our permission.
- Do not place fraudulent orders or provide false information.
- Do not misuse payment disputes or chargebacks.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dravonix LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dravonix LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of the part of the UK where you live, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as applicable. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information for US and UK customers.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted.
