You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage Google ad settings in your Google account. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), gives you the rights below. Residents of other US states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights, and we honor those requests as well.
Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we share it with.
Ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions such as tax record requirements.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a lower level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
You may also ask us to correct inaccurate personal information. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line “US Privacy Request”. We verify your identity using your email address and order details and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent with your written permission. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sharing where technically feasible.
If you are in the United Kingdom, we process your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line “UK Privacy Request”. We respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection authority.
Sunniver operates from the United States, so the personal data of UK customers is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where our providers are certified.
