Change-of-Mind & Sizing Returns
Free return shipping fee. If you changed your mind or need a different size, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. We do not charge a return shipping fee for change-of-mind and sizing returns — we email you a free prepaid return label for both US and UK orders.
Sizing can be difficult when buying online. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If the fit still is not right, request an exchange or refund using the steps below. There is no restocking fee.
Return Conditions
- Your request is sent within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any tags still attached.
- Shoes have been tried on indoors only and show no signs of outdoor wear.
- Items are free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage caused after delivery.
- Your order number is included with your request.
Items returned after 30 days, or items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, cannot be accepted for change-of-mind or sizing returns.
Return Process

Send your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. For defective items, include clear photos.

Receive your free return label
We review your request and email you a free prepaid return label within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT).

Download, print, and pack
Download and print the label, pack the item securely (in its original packaging if possible), and attach the label to the outside of the package.

Drop off your package
Drop the package at the carrier location shown on the label and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is completed.

Inspection and refund
When your return arrives, we inspect it and issue your refund within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.
Exchange Process
We accept direct exchanges for a different size or color of the same item. Because every product is made to order, your new item is produced upon order once your exchange is approved.

Send the original item back
Download and print the label, pack the item, and drop it off with the carrier.

We produce your new item
Once the carrier scans your return, your replacement is printed to order (2–5 business days).

Receive your exchange
We ship the new item at no extra cost and email you the tracking number. Delivery takes 3–5 business days.
If the new item has a different price, we refund the difference, or we send you a PayPal payment request for the difference before production begins.
Returns for US and UK Customers
United States
Return labels are prepaid domestic labels for USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Returns are sent to our returns address below. Refunds are issued in USD to your original PayPal payment method, including any sales tax you paid on the returned item.
United Kingdom
UK customers receive a free prepaid international return label, and returns are sent back to our returns address in the United States at no cost to you. Refunds are issued in USD to your original PayPal payment method, including the UK VAT paid on the returned item. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, are not affected by this policy.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method through PayPal. The original $4.95 shipping fee is non-refundable for change-of-mind and sizing returns. It is refunded in full when an item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, and when an order is cancelled before production begins.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email photos to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping fee. In some cases, we may not need the item back.
Order Cancellation
Because every Sunniver item is made to order, production begins soon after checkout. You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production has not started. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number and the word “Cancel” in the subject line.
If your cancellation is approved, we issue a full refund, including the shipping fee, to your original PayPal payment method within 2 business days.
Once production has started or your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return the item after delivery under our 30-day return policy, and we do not charge a return shipping fee for change-of-mind returns.
We may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or the shipping address is not supported. In that case, you receive a full refund.
